Welcome to Techrify. By choosing to work with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure transparency, mutual respect, and a clear understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
1. Project Scope & Results Disclaimer
Techrify operates with a strategy-first mindset to deliver impactful solutions. However, results may vary for each client, depending on numerous factors including industry, competition, and client input. We do not claim or guarantee 100% success.
2. Project Initiation & Refund Policy
Once a project has been initiated (which includes any confirmed payment or onboarding), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes partial or full project costs.
3. Timelines & Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials to maintain project momentum. If delays are caused by the client, Techrify reserves the right to:

We expect a professional and respectful working relationship. Any form of misconduct or inappropriate behavior—verbal, written, or implied—will result in immediate project termination without refund.
5. Design Revisions vs. Redesigns
We offer revisions to drafts as part of the creative process. However, repeated changes that alter the core direction of the project will be considered a redesign and will incur additional charges. To avoid confusion, all ideas and requirements should be discussed and finalized before project onboarding.
6. Post-Deployment Liability
Once a website or digital asset is made live on the client’s domain or hosting environment, Techrify is no longer liable for any issues, mishaps, or damages. Ongoing maintenance, security, and performance responsibilities fall under the client's management unless a separate maintenance agreement is in place.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise, all project deliverables remain the property of Techrify until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client. Techrify reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.
8. Revisions & Support Window
Post-delivery support is available for a limited window (typically 5-7 days depending on the project scope). Minor corrections are handled during this time. Requests beyond the agreed window or outside scope will be treated as a new engagement and billed accordingly.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local and international laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction applicable to Techrify’s principal place of business.
